Dr. Higa graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in medical technology. His further credentials include board certification in the field of general surgery, which he acquired in 2007.
In addition to revision bariatric procedures, he specializes in instances that are complex and complicated. Even though Dr. Kelvin Higa began his private practice in 1990, he has continued to devote a significant amount of his time to teaching, in addition to serving as Chief of Surgery for Community Medical Centers and Saint Agnes Medical Centre since that time, and he has received numerous honors and awards for his work in the process.
David Trask, (R.D.)
David Trask, R. D., a dietitian who is certified with the American Dietetic Association, has 12 years of experience and service in the healthcare field under his belt. Additionally, he delivers specialized outpatient nutrition counseling services to patients who are in the hospital.
