Overview

The Blend Institute is a family owned and run full-service medicine office that serves the communities of Bradenton, Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, Florida since 2003. They provide preventive, regenerative and wellness based health care through several different types of services, including hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, aesthetics, counseling for sexual wellness and medically monitored weight loss programs. Medical Director

Timothy Blend, M.D., the physician owner, and his wife Kimberly Blend, ARNP, opened this clinic. Dr. Blend has obtained board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and also has fellowships in both Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine (FAARM) and by the American College of Emergency Physicians as an Emergency Physician (FAECP). He is responsible for the clinic’s programs for integrative and regenerative medicine, as well as overseeing the weight loss and wellness services through a client-focused approach.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

The Blend Institute’s medically supervised weight loss solutions are customized specifically to the patient’s metabolism, health history and lifestyle goals. Semaglutide is one of the Institute’s primary options for GLP-1 (weekly injection), providing patients a means to help regulate their appetites, achieve greater satisfaction with meals and manage their weight over the long term through consistent use.

The Blend Institute’s Semaglutide Program is supervised by Dr. Timothy Blend and Emily Goodyear, RN, who provide each patient with individualized support throughout the duration of his/her treatment.

In addition to the semaglutide program, the Blend Institute also provides Contrave weight loss treatment, HCG metabolic diet programs, peptide therapies, and personalized medication plans utilizing phendimetrazine. All programs include nutritional counseling and ongoing follow-up to ensure patients achieve long-term results, rather than just losing weight for a short period. The Blend Institute utilizes an individualized approach, rather than a “one-size-fits-all” solution, to create treatment plans tailored to the patients’ individual needs and preferences.

Weight Loss Program Pricing
