Medical Director

Lindsey Ponwith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, ABAAHP is the founder of Revive Lifestyle Medicine, and is a Nurse Practitioner with expertise in Functional Medicine, Hormone Optimization, and Metabolic Health. She established the clinic to provide a more complete and patient-centered approach to healthcare by treating patients for hormonal imbalances, weight gain, inflammation, and other health issues associated with lifestyles. 

As the clinic’s leader, she has created an environment that focuses on providing integrative care using a variety of services, including medical evaluations, lab testing and personalized treatments in order to provide patients with the best chance for a successful outcome to their health issue. The clinical staff consists of Nurse Practitioners and other medical professionals who have received training in hormone therapy, weight management, IV therapy, and other types of aesthetic treatments.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

The goal of Revive Lifestyle Medicine weight loss programs are to create lasting results by customizing care with the individual patient in mind. Each patient will have a comprehensive assessment that incorporates several components to identify the reasons why that particular patient is gaining weight, including things such as hormonal disorders, insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, stress, metabolic issues and many more.

Along with a comprehensive assessment to identify the issues, the clinic will also utilize medications, whenever appropriate, such as semaglutide (Wegovy), tirzepatide (Zepbound), phentermine, and/or various combination therapies to assist patients in regulating their appetite, ramping up metabolism, and achieving lasting weight loss when accompanied by lifestyle modifications.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Because Revive does not publish standard pricing for its medical weight loss services publicly, actual charges will differ based on the medications prescribed, dosage, number of consultation visits, and how many clinical follow ups are required. Some of the wellness services that have a membership component will have monthly fees that will include lab testing, telemedicine appointments, and ongoing care will charge for each patient’s weight loss program through the consultation process.
