Medical Director

The co-founder and medical director of Omni Centers is Dr. Lauren Peizer, N.D. Dr. Peizer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular, Molecular and Developmental Biology from the University of Washington, and then went on to earn her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine, Portland, OR. 

As a naturopathic physician specializing in hormone optimization, age-management therapies and integrated wellness approaches, Dr. Peizer utilizes a combination of modern medical therapies and traditional holistic health approaches to improve your health.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

Omni Centers is a physician supervised program that incorporates Semaglutide and Tirzepatide (Zepound®) into the Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program for weight loss through injectable medications. Using a GLP-1 receptor agonist, Semaglutide is injected once each week to assist with hunger controlling, slowing digestion and metabolizing fat, and helping achieve gradual, and sustainable weight loss. Tirzepatide is used as an alternative treatment that functions as a dual GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist; thus, will facilitate appetite control and long-term weight control.

Omni’s weight loss program includes a body composition analysis, physician consultation, a laboratory assessment, and testing of hormones, medications and measurement of results, as well as dietary support with the assistance of a registered dietitian. Patients will also receive lifestyle coaching, B12/MIC injections and metabolic testing. 

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Semaglutide, Tirzepatide and the physician-led weight loss programs at Omni Centers do not have publicly available pricing. The cost of treatment at Omni Centers will be discussed during the patient’s first appointment once the patient’s health history, body composition, hormone levels, and weight loss goals have been evaluated. Pricing will vary depending on the medication, the amount prescribed, and if lab tests or other services (such as hormone optimization or nutritional coaching) are part of the treatment plan.
