Keystone Medical Wellness is a wellness clinic located in Arizona that offers services pertaining to medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, IV infusion therapy and overall wellness. Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS is the founder and one of the medical providers at Keystone Medical Wellness. Chad has worked as a nurse practitioner for over 8 years, with a background in treating critically ill patients in the ICU, including medical, surgical, neurological and open heart surgery patients. Chad completed his nursing degree at Idaho State University and completed his master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Phoenix. Chad’s extensive experience in Critical Care, Wellness Medicine and Patient-Centered Treatment.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

At Keystone Medical Wellness, a medical weight loss program aims to provide a personally tailored, non-surgical option for those having trouble with weight control. Each weight management program may include: an appetite suppressant; a medication that increases metabolism; a B-vitamin injection weekly; a fat burner injection; a meal plan; metabolic testing; an EKG; and regular accountability sessions.

To determine what may be affecting a patient’s ability to control their weight, the clinic offers complete laboratory blood testing, which is to look for any hormone or metabolic imbalance that may be causing the patient to gain weight. Providers will assess numerous areas, including but not limited to: thyroid function; testosterone levels; cortisol levels; total caloric consumption; and, total caloric expenditure to develop a customized plan of care.

Currently, Keystone Medical Wellness has a special offer for new patients. They will receive $50 off their first month of a medical weight loss program. They don’t have the total listing for all treatment packages on their website so they offer free consultations to determine the best program for the patient based on their needs, height and weight and their medical history.
