GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

Medically supervised weight loss programs at Austin Wellness Solutions use injectable medications (GLP-1, dual GLP-1 and GIP) that are widely regarded as effective in helping to control appetite and support metabolism. The injectable medications used in these programs decrease hunger, increase fullness and improve blood glucose levels. In addition to medical treatment, each program also includes nutritional counseling, exercise programming, and peptide therapies when indicated. Patients receive comprehensive body composition testing with advanced tools at the beginning and ongoing monitoring of their progress (every 2-4 weeks).
