Reviving Wellness is a private wellness clinic located in Cape Girardeau Missouri mainly concerned with the supervision of weight loss under medical guidance, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), IV hydration therapy, and the offering of health promotion services to the public. Reviving Wellness was founded and run by MaKenzie LaRose MSN APRN, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC who is certified double board- Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Before she turned into an active part of the wellness industry, she has had a rich nursing background in different departments such as cardiology, emergency rooms, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and veteran care. And, she has completed a certification program for EvexiPEL, and is currently in partnership with a physician for the running of the clinic.

Medical supervision for obesity management with modern medications are offered by Reviving Wellness weight management facility. The GLP-1 weight loss drugs are available if you qualify. The program is more than just drugs – it involves blood work, hormone assessment, dietary education, nutrition consultation, and a series of follow-up visits. Phentermine is an alternative medication for eligible patients that the clinic offers.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

The clinic’s main Weight Loss Package is priced at $997 and contains around 12 to 16 weeks of treatment. The cost covers an introductory 1-hour session, detailed blood testing with a hormonal profile, nutritional and dietary guidance, monthly weigh-in appointments, six bi-weekly Lipo B12 injections, and about four months of the prescription medication that reduces weight. Should you need your treatment continuation upon the first program completing, the price to be paid for medicine and follow-up consultations will be added. Phentermine management fees are $75 per month, while the price of one Lipo B12 injection is $40. You can purchase a lab panel for $150 if required.
