MEDvidi Reviews: GLP-1 & Other Weight Loss Medications

Written by Dianne on May 1, 2026 — Medically Reviewed by Dianne

MEDvidi is a telehealth provider. They are recognized for their mental health support platform. They also offer medications, including GLP-1 access. It’s a 100% digital platform. You’ll gain access to appointments fast. Typically, within 24 hours.

GLP-1 Product Offerings:

MEDvidi offers GLP-1 and other weight loss medications. This is primarily done through semaglutide and tirzepatide compounded trucks. They also offer brand-name weight loss medications. Products include:

  • Compound semaglutide in injection or tablet
  • Compound Tirzepatide in injection or tablets
  • Brand name medications Wegovy and Zepbound
  • Liraglutide, including Saxenda and Victoza
  • Dulaglutide (Trulicity

They also offer non-GLP-1s. That includes Phentermine, Contrave, and Topiramate.

Pricing:

Your first month of compound semaglutide is $179 for injections. You’ll pay $249 a month for tablets. No long-term contracts are necessary. You’ll pay more for compounded tirzepatide. That’s in the range of $299 to $399 a month. Other products like Wegovy can be $99 a month.

Reviews: What People Are Saying About MEDvidi

Here’s what real patients say about using MEDvidi:

  • Effective: Yes, like most other providers.
  • Service: It’s all online. Some people don’t like the required video appointments. Some also don’t want to do blood work. However, it’s a requirement here.
  • Customer experience: Some report delays after the first dosing. Others say that the auto-renewal policies are frustrating. Canceling is also frustrating.

How MEDvidi Works

The sign-up process is super easy. They promise appointments in as little as 24 hours. Here’s what to expect:

  • It’s digital first. You’ll fill out an account. Provide answers to questions.
  • A 30-minute video call is next. There’s a $195 fee for that initial appointment.
  • A treatment plan is created. Prescriptions are sent.
  • You’ll have a follow-up in a month.

The Details:

The Prior Authorization (PA) Persistence Score

MEDvidi doesn’t broadcast how many times they will see a PA if you’re denied. They say they will help you. Patients say they have received approval after being denied the first time. That’s a good sign. MEDvidi providers will see a PA if your insurance requires it. You don’t need a PA every time.

Sourcing Transparency: 503A vs 503B Pharmacy Labs

Safety matters. Where the compounds come from is critically important. MEDvidi uses both 503A and 503B pharmacies. 503A pharmacies are operated under the state boards of Pharmacy. They also use 503B pharmacies. These are FDA-regulated. They can make larger quantities available. Bottom line: They are using both patient-specific and bulk medications.

The company doesn’t share which master compounding pharmacies they use publicly. You can seek information about where your prescription came from.

Cold-Chain Logistics Data

GLP-1s must be handled properly. They have to be shipped in a manner that keeps them cold. You don’t want them to arrive warm. The shipping protocols used by providers differ. It’s critical to know.

MEDvidi uses thermal protection. That means they send these in Styrofoam containers with gel packs to keep them cold. They are refrigerated during transit. They don’t use medical-grade shipping containers, though. That can introduce some risks to you.

Some users report receiving their meds after 5 days. That could be a problem for gel packs. They don’t typically last that long.

The Titration Support vs Auto-Ship Model

Another critical differentiating factor relates to how your doses happen. Some brands force an increase every four weeks. They don’t take into consideration your side effects or whether the meds are working. Just up they go. This is the auto-ship trap. Others will allow you to stick to the dose that’s working for you.

MEDvidi requires lab work after the first month. They don’t auto-increase dosing right away. They check your bloodwork and then increase as needed. That means you can stay on the lower doses longer than one month. However, they do encourage you to level up. They want you at the highest dose within six months.

Transition & Off-Ramp Programs

MEDvidi doesn’t want you to stop. They don’t really offer any way for you to gradually stop either. So, what happens when you stop?

If you stop paying for your medications or just want to stop, they will let you. However, they don’t offer any type of added support for doing so. The company will switch you back down to a lower dose for maintenance. This encourages long-term weight management. But, they still want you to stay on the medication.

There’s no long-term contract. You can stop if you want to.

Non-Responder Protocols

Up to 15% of people don’t respond to their first dose of semaglutide. That can be frustrating. MEDvidi will help in several ways. If you’re not happy or getting results, MEDvidi will switch you to another GLP-1 it offers. They do this often if you have severe side effects. Typically, switching between semaglutide and trizepatide is common. Other options may exist.
