Evolve Esthetics, a medical spa for women in the city of Broken Arrow Oklahoma was founded by a licensed esthetician, Hailey Dunkle. Medical Director

Evolve Esthetics’ Medical Director is Dr. Corey Chamness, DO. With a special emphasis on osteopathic medicine, Dr. Chamness is a Doctor of Osteopathy whose job at the clinic is to oversee its medical departments such as the injectable aesthetic and weight-loss services. A licensed esthetician as well as a Certified Master Sugarist, Hailey Dunkle, the clinic’s owner, has been working in the field of esthetics since the year 2016. Beyond being licensed and certified Sugarist, she is also a Certified Laser Technician and delivers HydraFacial MICroneedling Laser Therapy, and other types of advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

The clinic offers physician-monitored weight loss treatments by use of prescription medication injections that appetite-suppressing medications can be administered to support a long-term weight loss effort. All the patients will begin with one mandatory medical consultation which can be done either online or in person if the patient is comfortable with one of those two alternatives. During this visit with providers, they will look into the patient’s previous medical records, talk about what kind of result the patient would like, and based on these, they will recommend the appropriate drug and drug schedule. Patients will have to inject the medication themselves a little after learning this method from clinical staff at home once weekly.

First consultation to talk about weight loss and medication options: $150 (medication not yet prescribed)

Subsequent appointment: $75 (extra medication costs)

The cost of weight loss drugs: During the consultation the price is discussed. The price will vary depending upon the type of medication and dosage given to you.
