Overview

As a wellness and aesthetic medical operation serving Omaha, Millard, and other nearby Nebraska towns, Preventive Medical Clinic (PMC) opened in 2007 and offers patients a wide range of evidence-based services to promote both improved health and cosmetic enhancement through weight loss, hormone replacement therapy and aesthetic treatment options. While offering all types of aesthetic services, PMC also has medically supervised weight loss programs that help patients lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way with individualized treatment plans. PMC uses numerous modern/existing therapies for weight loss including GLP-1 medications; standard nutritional counseling; body composition analysis; and point-of-care medical monitoring for patients throughout their weight-loss journey. 

Medical Director

The Preventive Medical Clinic website does not include a medical director. The clinic was founded and is owned by Justin Kohll, R.Ph., who has over 35 years of experience as a pharmacist. He started PMC to provide innovative wellness and hormone therapy; aesthetic; and medically managed weight-loss services. Since its inception, under Justin’s leadership, PMC has grown to serve additional areas throughout Nebraska, continuing the Kohll family’s long history of providing health care services to the citizens of Nebraska.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

The Preventative Medical Clinic (PMC) is a leading provider of effective weight loss programs through the use of medically approved GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide & tirzepatide along with other treatment options as appropriate for the individual patient (phentermine, Contrave.) A patient will access their program by scheduling an in-person consultation where a provider will collect their medical history and create their personalized weight loss plan.

Once established as a patient each individual will receive a monthly follow-up appointment, body composition analysis via InBody scan, tracking of progress and nutrition and lifestyle suggestions to enhance success. PMC also offers wellness services such as Vitamin B12 injections, NAD+ therapy, VitaLipo treatments and the PMC Diet which can be added onto the individualized weight management program of each patient.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

The Preventative Medical Clinic charges $125/month for the medical management of both semaglutide and tirzepatide programs. The cost of medication is billed separately according to the dosage prescribed. Semaglutide will be billed weekly at a rate of $99 to $199 and tirzepatide will be billed weekly at a rate of $115 to $199. The cost of the monthly program includes the initial visit, medical evals, monthly follow-up visits, documentation of progress, and InBody body composition analysis. Medication costs are not included in the above.
