Medical Director

Dr. Steven H. Williams, MD, is the owner/founder of Tri Valley Cosmetic Surgery. He is a board certified plastic surgeon with over fifteen years of experience performing a variety of cosmetic surgeries and reconstructive surgical procedures, as well as non-surgical treatments. He holds one of the highest leadership positions in his field as former President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). He graduated from Dartmouth College, then went on to Yale University School of Medicine and completed his plastic surgery residency at Yale-New Haven Medical Center. He has earned national recognition for his skill and knowledge in the area of cosmetic surgery, patient safety, and aesthetics.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

Tri Valley Plastic Surgery has developed a medically supervised, weight loss program incorporating GLP-1 medications (i.e., Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) that will support patients in the following ways: appetite suppression, metabolic health improvement and ability to achieve sustainable weight loss goals. Each patient’s treatment plan will include a complete health assessment and all patients will receive individualized nutrition counseling, recommended exercise programs and ongoing medical supervision. The Semaglutide program consists of medication supplies, alcohol wipes, sharps containers, and insulated travel cases. Once the patient has successfully lost weight, they can then pursue post-weight loss body contouring procedures (i.e., arm lifts, thigh lifts, body lifts and skin-tightening surgeries). 

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Tri Valley Plastic Surgery does not publicly displace standard pricing for their medical weight loss program because each treatment plan is specifically designed for each patient. However, the practice offers consultations to assess each patient’s eligibility and recommend treatment. Additionally, the practice has demonstrated willingness to offer incentives whereby a percentage of the cost of the medical weight loss program may be applied toward any future surgical procedures.
