Medical Director

The medical oversight at Faces in Bloom is provided by Sarah Bloom, FNP, who is the Medical Director and owner of the practice. Sarah began her nursing career as a critical care registered nurse (RN) and worked as a hospital-based registered nurse for approximately five years before obtaining her Master’s degree in Nursing and obtaining her licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). As an advanced practice provider, Sarah is able to diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and manage patient care for GLP-1 weight loss therapies such as semaglutide. In 2018, Sarah transitioned into the world of medical aesthetics, where she trained with Skin by Lovely in Portland, OR, a well-respected injectable-focused clinic, to develop her skills as a medical aesthetic injector. In 2019, Sarah opened Faces in Bloom with the mission to provide natural-looking aesthetic results and patient-centered care.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

Faces in Bloom offers a medically supervised semaglutide weight loss program, a GLP-1 therapy to help regulate appetite and improve satiety leading to regular, consistent weight loss. The program consists of an initial medical consultation, once-a-week semaglutide injections, and weekly follow-ups to check weight loss and adjust semaglutide dosing as needed. Patients will have support and guidance throughout the program to achieve lasting results.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

The following pricing is provided for the semaglutide program at Faces in Bloom:

Semaglutide Program: $500/month;

6-month package $2,700 (paid in full);

$100 consulting fee (one-time only).
