GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs
Although Women’s Health Advantage focuses mainly on obstetrics and gynecology, helping patients achieve and maintain a healthy weight is a key part of wellness and maintaining hormonal harmony. Many times, doctors help patients with different issues related to their weight. This is part of preventative care and helps patients lower their risk of developing metabolic disease or cardiovascular disease, and/or being diagnosed with a hormone imbalance.
Several types of individualized treatment recommendations can be made by doctors, including lifestyle changes, nutritional guidance, and thorough evaluation of the patient’s metabolic issues. Each patient will have an individualized plan for their particular health care needs as outlined in the patient’s individual health history and desired goals for how they want to look and feel. Patients who are interested in losing weight should talk to their doctor about which treatment approach will work best for them, based on their health history, body type, and other factors that would affect which could help them lose weight.
Weight Loss Program Pricing
The cost of medical weight loss programs at Women’s Health Advantage will not be listed on their website due to several factors; however, the patient should reach out to the clinic for pricing and services available.
