Overview

Virtually Bar is a medically-operated medical spa and wellness clinic situated in Wausau Wisconsin focusing on the enhancement of patients’ health and confidence as well as improvement of patients’ overall well-being through scientific and non-invasive treatments. Started by a group of local medical professionals combining more than 25 years together to create a medical clinic providing a comprehensive wellness program integrating wellness services, aesthetics, and physician-supervised weight management. Medical Director

The doctors of Vitality Bar are Dr. Jason Mack, DO, and his wife, Jessica Mack, RN. Dr. Mack graduated from the Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete a residency in Wausau, Wisconsin. Since 2014 he has been a local hospitalist providing his knowledge and experience to physicians- supervised medical wellness and weight-loss programs at our clinic. Jessica Mack is a registered nurse, with a number of years of oncology nursing and has been very active within the clinic’s patients care and wellness programs.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

Vitality Bar is a physician-supervised medical weight loss program where weight loss is supported by semaglutide, a GLP-1receptor agonist, in patients who want a lasting lifestyle change and better health condition. The very first step is a free consultation at which doctors will check up the patient’s medical history, their lifestyle and previous weight loss attempts so that based on what’s been discussed with the patient the doctor will come up with the most suitable prescription. Providers monitor progress during monthly follow-up visits and make necessary changes in treatment.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Vitality Bar offers completely free weight loss consultations initially and the clinic does not make publically available through its website the actual semaglutide price or price of its physician-supervised weight loss program. They advise patients to make an appointment so that they get a treatment plan tailored to what they want and how they pay for it. No membership discounts can be availed to reduce the charges for weight loss or hormone balance treatments.

Patient Reviews

A large number of patients say that they have been more energetic, less stressed, and have a better chance of falling asleep after going to the clinic at Vitality Bar, even the weight loss has been quite effective for them they mention that the medical team is patient and takes time to explain things to the point where they get a sense of what is going on. It looks like the only source the clinic hasn’t gotten enough patient reviews so far is via Yelp, but they are receiving Google reviews indicating that people are generally satisfied with both the level of the care offered and the customer service.
