Located in Tyler and Longview, Texas, Tyler Weight Loss Clinic helps patients with personalized weight-loss plans by providing lifestyle changes as well as medication and other forms of support throughout the weight-loss process. Medical Leadership

All of our nurse practitioners are licensed and experienced in weight control, dietitian guidance, and patient support. GLP‑1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

Tyler Weight Loss Clinic has a full array of medically supervised weight-loss programs, including GLP-1 medications and appetite-control prescriptions. Each program is tailored to each individual patient and typically includes:

• Compounded Semaglutide: GLP-1 receptor agonist that helps control appetite, increases feelings of fullness, and keeps food in the stomach longer after being eaten; includes packaging with both medication, office visits, and lab work included as part of the total plan.
• Compounded Tirzepatide: Injectable medication that assists with weight control through dual hormone effects (works like GLP-1 and GIP). Includes packages with clinical supervision and lab testing.
• Prescription Phentermine: Available as a daily appetite suppressant (in 1, 2 or 3 month packages, includes laboratory tests required to be taken before) allowing the patient some time to adjust.

These prescriptions, and other supportive therapies, are provided by medically supervised physicians; all treatment/medication therapies will be coupled with lifestyle recommendations to assist the patient in achieving safe, long-term weight management.
