Overview

WELL | BAR is dedicated to collaborative providing an individualized approach to wellness through hormone therapy, metabolic health programs and lifestyle guidance. Upon arrival at the clinic, you will have a complete evaluation which consists of health intake review, lab work/testing, and consultation with the nurse practitioner. From your work-up, you will receive a treatment protocol that may consist of bioidentical hormones, peptides or supplements, or weight loss medications.

After your initial visit, you will be required to follow up with lab work and progress reviews to confirm that your treatment is working as expected. The services provided by WELL | BAR are geared towards maximizing energy, focus, quality of sleep and general health in order to assist patients achieve long-term improvement in their overall wellness.

Kimberly Pérez, APRN-CNP – Founder and Clinical Provider

Kimberly Pérez is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and a Certified Nurse Practitioner who runs the WELL | BAR Clinic. She has spent many years developing specialized expertise in the areas of hormone optimization, metabolic health, and the GLP-1 weight loss medications. As an expert in these areas, she can evaluate patients, write prescriptions, and create individualized treatment plans that combine the use of medical therapies with guidance on lifestyle changes (changing multiple aspects of their lifestyle is often needed for long-term success). Kimberly focuses on helping her patients to use safe, evidence-based methods to improve their energy, metabolic rate, and overall long-term wellness while providing support for their long-term weight loss journey.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

WELL | BAR provides medically supervised weight loss programs which utilize the use of GLP-1 medications namely semaglutide and tirzepatide to help control appetite; enhance metabolism; and assist you in gradually reducing your weight. The program will include an initial consultation; lab testing; ongoing monitoring from our provider; and additional guidance regarding lifestyle modification on an individual basis.

In addition, you will be able to take oral medications for appetite control (such as phentermine and phentermine-topiramate) to help support your weight management efforts. These programs are designed to work in conjunction with hormone optimization to enhance your overall health long term.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

WELL | BAR’s pricing for their weight loss programs is as follows:

• Initial Consultation: $99
• Semaglutide (Ozempic®/Wegovy®) injections: $350 per month
• Tirzepatide injections: starting at $300 per month

GLP-1 medications and prescription programs include the cost of your medication; lab tests; monthly follow up visits; and individualized treatment support. WELL | BAR operates on a cash basis and does not accept payment through insurance. Prices will vary based upon medication dosage; the type of laboratory tests; and whether combined with other wellness therapies.
