Medical Director

Dr. Julie Krell Hall, a medical doctor of the highest order and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, is the physician and the proud proprietor of Summit Wellness Group. She is certified in Emergency Medicine by The Medical Board and has devoted herself to being your family provider in the town with the most beautiful lakes (Longmont) for almost twenty years since 2003. She works closely with RN Hopi Moore-Sargent, who besides being a certified EMT and Licensed Massage Therapist, is also the owner of a massage therapy practice and a certified acupuncturist who is now part time. 

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

Summit Wellness Group uses GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP-based weight loss medications (supervised by a physician and administered via compounding pharmacies that Summit Wellness Group has vetted or directly from manufacturers of the medications) during their physician-assisted medical weight loss programs. The program is kicked off with a physician consultation and proceeds with customized dosing schedules for weekly injections, and the patients are gradually introduced to the maximum effect of the drug. 

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Since medication types and related dosage levels can affect treatment costs, Summit Wellness Group does not publish a standard pricing schedule on its primary medical weight loss page. A clinic update notes that pricing for in-office weekly GLP-1 treatment starts at $525 per month. The home-use GLP-1 medication However costs $425 per vial at most. For patients who choose to receive a GLP-1/GIP combination therapy in-office, they will be charged $675 per month, while the home-use GLP-1/GIP medication will be $525 per vial at most. Patients are encouraged to schedule a consultation to receive individualized recommendations and pricing.
