At Spartan Medical Associates we offer medically supervised weight management programs based on GLP-1 agonist therapies including Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Wegovy, Ozempic, and Mounjaro. Our clinic begins our program by performing thorough metabolic and hormonal tests to determine if there are any underlying problems that could contribute to your weight gain. Examples include, but are not limited to: insulin resistance, thyroid dysfunction, inflammation, and hormonal imbalance.

We aim to provide our patients with sustainable results by helping to control appetite and improve glucose levels, while providing personal guidance for implementing lifestyle changes. According to Spartan Medical Associates, patients who participate in their Semaglutide program are able to achieve around 15-20% of body weight loss when participating in nutritional coaching and behavioral support.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Spartan Medical Associates provides transparency on their prices online for you to see. Our initial evaluation costs $498, including an extensive review of previous hormone levels, metabolic markers, and all other factors that would indicate whether or not you are healthy. Once you are done with your initial evaluation, there is a monthly management fee of $125, which includes access to your provider for follow-up visits and lab work. The monthly management fee does not include the cost of prescription medications or nutritional supplements, in which the pricing of GLP-1 injections (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.) may vary according to the patient’s treatment plan and by the price at the pharmacy for those medications.
