Medical Director

Dr. Brent Larsen, the Medical Director of SLC Med Spa, is the clinic’s owner and also holds the position of Medical Director. He is an AMA Board Certified OB/GYN physician who has received a certification from the American Board of Obesity Medicine. As Medical Director, Dr. Larsen handles all clinical aspects of the services offered at SLC Med Spa including non-surgical beatification treatments, hormone replacement programs, and medical weight loss programs. Dr. Larsen monitors all of the treatments provided by his team as Director of Clinical Services to ensure that each patient receives adequate medical oversight throughout their treatment experience to achieve their desired outcome using best practice standards and guidelines.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

SLC Med Spa provides a medically supervised program for weight loss with a focus on support measures to create a sustainable loss of fat and improve metabolic health. This may include GLP-1 receptor agonist prescriptions where appropriate to manage appetite and improve satiety.

The clinic provides integrative care that incorporates metabolic assessment, nutritional guidance and continuous monitoring. This is done to assist patients in resolving underlying items that are impacting their long-term ability to manage their weight; such as hormone imbalance and lifestyle habits.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

SLC Med Spa is one of the few medical spas that have published starting prices for many of their services on their website. The starting price for their Medical Weight Loss Program is $695; which includes the first consultation with a provider and the medication for the Medical Weight Loss Program to begin. Additionally, B12 has a cost of $25-$90 per injection based on the amount of medication administered and how often the injection is received.
