Medical Director

Dr. Gurvinder Mangat, a primary care physician based on his knowledge of treating chronic diseases and providing family care, leads the practice. He is aided by Shannon Mangat, an FNP-C, who provides full service care to patients, including preventive services and wellness information. The practitioners work together to review the patient’s history and create an individualized treatment plan that allows the patient to improve their health.

This dual-action medication is reserved for those patients who require a higher level of metabolic support or have failed to achieve their desired weight loss goals with the single action medication Semaglutide.

The clinic states that the average length of treatment for patients is 4-6 months depending on the individual’s goals, and that patients will be monitored with regular follow up appointments to ensure the safety and success of the program.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Seva Family Medicine’s medically supervised GLP-1 Therapy is not only safe but also high quality because we use compounded medications from a licensed sterile pharmacy; we provide clinical oversight, follow-up visits and lab monitoring as needed for all clients on our GLP-1 Therapy Program.

The Semaglutide treatment plan costs approximately $412 per month, including blood work for the first month after starting the treatment.

The Tirzepatide treatment plan costs approximately $825 per month for the first month, including medical supervision and necessary laboratory testing.

In order to start treatment, all clients must come in for a consultation to discuss their goal weight, BMI and medical history.
