Overview
The mission of Richmond Surgical Arts is to develop personalized and tailored medical weight-loss programs through providing clinical supervision, nutritional guidance, and supportive lifestyle changes for their patients. Each individual patient will participate in an initial evaluation, including lab work, to determine the goals of their medical weight-loss program. The purpose of a comprehensive weight-loss program is to allow patients to lose weight while improving their metabolism, energy levels, and quality of life.
The clinic provides a patient-centered model of care by establishing a program that is specific to each individual patient, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Through a combination of medication management, coaching provided by a certified and qualified personal trainer, and continued follow-up visits, patients will be able to achieve their goals of losing weight, improving their health, and living a healthier lifestyle.

Gregory T. Lynam, MD – Medical Director / Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon

He takes pride in providing a patient-centered model of care that is based on the individual needs of his patients (both as a clinician and from a multidisciplinary standpoint).
GLP‑1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs
Richmond Surgical Arts provides medically supervised weight-loss programs with clinically supervised GLP-1 medications (like Semaglutide or similar), which can help regulate appetite, boost metabolism and result in gradual, long-term fat loss when paired with the right clinical supervision, lifestyle coaching and dietary counselling. All programs are designed individually, with consideration given to both your specific health goals and metabolic assessment completed during your initial visit.
Weight Loss Program Pricing
Richmond Surgical Arts provides medically supervised weight-loss programs that begin with a $150 initial consultation fee, followed by an average monthly fee of $250 for an ongoing program (including $250 for prescribed medications). Once enrolled in a monthly program, you will receive clinical supervision (i.e., doctors will give you advice based on your progress) and the prescription medications necessary to achieve your monthly goals.
