Brad Cummins, who has over 17 years of experience in the clinical arena, is board certified in aesthetic medicine by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, is certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and is a physician member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. His primary focus areas are cosmetic procedures, medical weight loss, hormone treatment therapy and wellness enhancement procedures aimed at improving health, vitality, and overall quality of life.
GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs
RevitaLife MD offers physician-directed medical weight loss solutions that feature GLP-1-based therapies intended to assist with appetite control and sustainable weight maintenance. The clinic provides Semaglutide compounded with B12 as an alternative to Semaglutide alone or other therapies that contain Semaglutide, such as Wegovy® and/or Ozempic®. This program is directed toward overweight and/or obese patients who have been recommended to lose weight through medical supervision.
Semaglutide mimics natural hormones that play a role in regulating hunger and satiety (the sensation of feeling satisfied or “full”) by allowing an individual to feel satisfied after consuming a smaller quantity of food than they would otherwise. RevitaLife MD promotes the combination of medication in association with healthy eating (proper nutrition) and routine activity (exercise), alongside ongoing medical monitoring and education, to promote the best long-term results. The clinic provides additional options for managing weight through prescription medications (i.e., Tirzepatide, Liraglutide) and complementary wellness services.
Weight Loss Program Pricing
There is no specific pricing listed on RevitaLife MD’s website for GLP-1 or medical weight loss programs. Patients must schedule an appointment for a consultation to obtain an individualized treatment plan and pricing that reflects their weight loss objectives, health condition and other factors.
Patient Reviews
RevitaLife MD enjoys an excellent reputation for providing both wellness and aesthetic services to their patients. The clinic has garnered an average rating of 4.9 stars from hundreds of reviews on Google and Yelp, with many patients noting the professionalism and quality customer service received from the entire staff throughout the weight loss journey.
