REBOOT Functional Health Care clinic is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Medical Director

The clinic’s authorized clinical leadership includes Laurie Dierstein, LCSW, who is the Owner and Authorized Official of the REBOOT Functional Health Care Corporation. Laurie is a licensed clinical social worker trained in behavioral medicine (through Boston University) with certifications in utilizing behavioral health approaches integrated with different aspects of an individual, such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, etc. in treating mental health issues. Laurie’s clinical practice focuses on the treatment of those with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, chronic illnesses, and for women who are experiencing infertility. She has developed a whole-health, skills-focused approach in working with her clients that allows them to be active participants in managing and improving their overall mental and emotional well-being.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

At REBOOT Functional Health Care, we apply a functional and metabolic approach to weight control through various interventions, including hormone regulation, meal planning, and advanced diagnostic procedures designed to treat the underlying causes of weight gain. Although REBOOT is not a stand-alone GLP-1 weight loss programme, it uses a functional medicine model to address metabolic disorders by providing individualized treatment options that may involve the use of prescriptions if medically warranted. All services will be determined by patient-specific concerns assessed using continuous monitoring of laboratory results and patient improvement.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

REBOOT does not have set prices for weight loss services and/or functional medicine service. Since all services provided are uniquely tailored to each individual patient, the cost will vary based on the patient’s level of care, testing required, and the implemented course of treatment. To determine what course of treatment is appropriate, an initial consultation may be required. A customized estimate will then be developed for each patient based on their clinical needs.

REBOOT has mixed patient reviews on Google and Yelp, with many patients reporting caring providers and individualized care, while others report issues due to a lack of administrative communication, and/or operational inefficiencies, so losing track of one’s appointment, or having to wait an extended period to see the provider, etc. As such, a patient’s experience with REBOOT will depend greatly on which provider they saw and the type of service received.
