Mohammed Bah is the chief physician for OnPointe Care, and he has over 20 years of experience working with patients in emergency medicine and primary care as a board-certified physician. His practice includes treating and caring for patients who have cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, stroke, kidney disease and preventive health conditions. 

Dr. Bah has a focus on using preventive medicine, lifestyle changes, and early intervention strategies to improve long-term health outcomes for his patients. His philosophy is to educate his patients, promoting healthy eating habits, encouraging physical activity and developing individualized health care plans versus temporary solutions.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

OnPointe Care provides weight loss and wellness programs that offer medical supervision to help patients reach sustainable results by following tailored treatment strategies. As part of their services, OnPointe Care prescribes Semaglutide injections, a GLP-1 medication that aids in appetite regulation while assisting with achieving weight loss goals. The clinic claims that when individuals use Semaglutide to assist them with weight loss when used along with lifestyle changes and under the care of a medical professional can lead to losing up to 15% of a person’s body weight. It comes with custom meal planning and nutritional support in addition to lifestyle counseling and continuous provider support. 

Weight Loss Program Pricing

OnPointe Care does not provide exact pricing for their Semaglutide or medical weight loss on their website. They do provide transparent pricing for their Health Ease Solutions membership-based care model. Membership fees are $45 per month for Children, $70-$99 per month for Adults (based on age), and $160 – $180 per month for Families. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $40. The pricing of GLP-1 medications and treatments for custom weight loss varies widely based on the amount of medication per dose, duration of treatment and each individual patient plan.
