Medical Doctor

All medical services at NorCal Plastic Surgery are directed by Dr. Timothy Rankin, MD, FACS, who is a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He has completed the certification process for the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is also a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons, FACS. In addition to being well qualified to provide quality plastic surgery, Dr. Rankin is skilled at performing various types of cosmetic surgically assisted facial procedures, breast enhancement, and body contouring surgeries.
