GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs
Lake Urgent Care has a medical weight loss program that increases the availability of evidence-based obesity treatment. The goal of the program is to facilitate access to GLP-1 medications (also known as “weight loss medications”) which are some of the most well-known and proven prescription treatments for long-term weight control. The program allows patients to get started with weight loss and GLP-1 therapies with a simple sign-up that consists of an evaluation and ongoing physician supervision.
This program allows patients to afford GLP-1-based weight loss therapy, as the clinic provides financial assistance to patients through guidance on how to use their prescribed GLP-1 therapy and a support system through the weight-loss process.
Weight Loss Program Pricing
Lake Urgent Care provides patients an affordable monthly price for GLP-1-based treatment for weight-loss; the most current published information shows that costs begin at approximately $170/month, though costs are subject to change based on the type of GLP-1 medication prescribed, dosage requirements, and each patient’s individual treatment plan. Patients should check with Lake Urgent Care to determine the most current price and eligibility requirements.
