All of our programs begin with an extensive consultation where our care team will assess your health history, current lifestyle choices, and desired outcome in order to customize a treatment plan for you. Treatment plans may include semi-glutide injections, diet/nutrition plans, exercise/lifestyle recommendations, and regular monitoring from your provider. We create individualized treatment plans that help our customers achieve safe and effective results while providing additional treatment options to support overall wellness and body sculpting services.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Our weight-loss injection programs are priced based upon the customized plan that we create for our clients as well as how many injections will be required by the individual client.

Our clients receive a 15% discount off each standard injection and a 20% discount if the individual is a member of the Jiva Club. The final cost of weight-loss injection programs will be determined during the initial consultation based upon the client’s personal goals and custom treatment plan. Membership options are available that provide on-going discounts to our clients making our wellness and metabolic programs more affordable to everyone.
