Physician-directed medical treatment along with tailored treatments for health and longevity based on individual characteristics is provided by iThriveMD. This is accomplished by completing laboratory tests, examining each patient’s unique biomarker, and developing an individualised treatment protocol to determine what is causing each person’s weight gain or hormonal imbalance, or what is slowing their metabolism.

Weight-loss therapies utilizing GLP-1 and GIP, peptide and hormone replacement therapy, nutrient injections, NAD+ Infusions, custom IV therapy, sexual health treatments, and metabolic optimization tools are among the services offered. All new patients will begin their iThriveMD experience with a detailed consultation and a comprehensive diagnostic assessment that serves as the first step in building a customised weight-loss and/or longevity plan.

Dr. Samir Damani, a medical doctor with vast experience in cardiovascular health and personalised medicine, founded iThriveMD and serves as the medical director of iThriveMD. The metabolic optimisation and weight-loss therapy principles and aspects of longevity medicine at iThriveMD are directed by him. The iThriveMD team works together under his guidance to develop comprehensive, effective and safe-weight loss/hormone/wellness lifestyle programmes for the individual patient using evidence-based medicine with the patient’s own personal objectives.

An experienced team of licensed naturopathic doctors and wellness specialists comprises the iThriveMD clinical team, who provide assistance in developing customised treatment/ wellness plans for all patients throughout the iThriveMD network.
