Impact Family Wellness is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic providing individualized healthcare services in Texas. This clinic, unlike traditional insurance billing practices, is a membership-based practice and focuses on delivering affordable and accessible health care. The DPC model achieves this through longer appointments for each patient, same day access to doctors, and direct access to your provider via phone or text message. Medical Director

Monica, Family Nurse Practitioner and CEO of Impact Family Wellness, operates the practice. She has more than 15 years of clinical experience providing care as a Family Nurse Practitioner, 10 of those years providing care in family practice, urgent care, orthopedics, venous and lymphatic care. She has earned a Master’s Degree from Duke University in Nursing, holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Wright State University in Nursing and has completed additional post-graduate nursing education at Drexel University. Monica leads the clinic with a focus on providing personalized and judgment-free health care and establishing long-term relationships with patients.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

As part of its larger wellness program, Impact Family Wellness offers prescription medications for weight loss within the clinic’s Direct Primary Care model, which offers ongoing access to providers, nutrition counseling, and chronic disease management. Patients can expect regular follow-up care including prescription refills, medication management, and customized weight loss plans. Participants have the option of combining their program with lifestyle counseling and metabolic support in order to achieve lasting results. 

Weight Loss Program Pricing

The website outlines membership-based pricing rather than pricing for individual prescriptions; membership gives participants ongoing access to their doctors offering weight loss programs:

Newborn – Age 19: $49/month

Ages 20 – 49: $79/month 

Ages 50+: $99/month 

Family of four: $240/month 

Single-parent family: $165/month

Additional child: $35/month 

One-time Non-member visit: $175

Each membership includes unlimited access to providers, wellness visits, chronic disease management and nutrition counseling. The cost of any medications will be added to the above monthly membership fee based on needs.
