Fidelity Medical Clinic ® is a high-tech primary care clinic that provides medically supervised “weight-loss programs” using GLP-1 medications which are delivered via telehealth.  We help adults achieve long-term weight loss by providing medically supervised treatment plans using Semaglutide and Tirzepatide.  We offer comprehensive support from our providers, personalized treatment plans, and delivery of medications directly to the patient’s home.  We also provide bilingual services, which allows for wide-ranging accessibility to individuals statewide through telehealth consultation, thereby improving the convenience for individuals who are not easily able to attend appointments due to their busy lifestyle.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

Fidelity Medical Clinic® provides telemedicine alternatives utilizing GLP-1 treatments for patients seeking medical weight loss, such as Semaglutide (Subcutaneous Injections) and Tirzepatide. Both types reduce food cravings, allow you to feel fuller sooner, and provide support for building healthier eating habits when combined with lifestyle education and medically supervised weight loss programs. 

Every participant in these programs must first undergo a complete assessment of their medical history, objectives for weight loss, and overall treatment eligibility through a medical evaluation at which point they will be approved or denied for participation in the applicable GLP-1 program of their choice. Approved clients will have their therapeutics shipped directly to their residence along with ongoing follow-up consultations (telephone or video) and dosage adjustments as necessary.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Fidelity Medical Clinic publishes its prices for its GLP-1 medically supervised weight loss programs. The cost of the initial Semaglutide Subcutaneous Injection Program is $99 which will cover all aspects of the first prescription package including consultation, 2 months of medication, and shipping. Subsequent Step-Up and Maintenance prescriptions will cost $199 each.

Fidelity Medical Clinic has also published its price for the Oral Semaglutide Program, which contrasts to the pricing for the injection program due to having a higher cost of starting at $249 for the initial prescription and $299 for the maintenance prescriptions. The cost for the Oral Tirzepatide Program will be $299 for each of the three categories (initial, step-up, and maintenance) to include consultation and shipping in the respective price points.
