Fiala Aesthetics offers a comprehensive selection of aesthetic procedures through both a medical spa and plastic surgery located within Central Florida: The Skinny Shot, a weight management program supervised by a physician, is designed as a medically supervised GLP-1 program. The Skinny Shot method combines the use of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide injections that will assist in food cravings, provide metabolic improvements, and aid in accomplishing their overall weight-loss objectives, either as a pre-op weight-loss strategy or through more basic lifestyle modifications.

Medical Director

The clinic physician, Dr. G. Thomas Fiala, MD, who is the clinic’s Medical Director and a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, utilizes both experience and training to provide oversight for all medical and surgical protocols currently in place at the clinic, including the GLP-1 Program. Dr. Fiala conducts an assessment of each potential client and performs laboratory work, as needed, to assist with determining the most suitable medication, Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, for that potential client so he may utilize prescribing and monitoring of these medications in conjunction with the client’s long-term weight-loss success and surgical excellence.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

The clinic will utilize long-acting GLP-1 injections, specifically semaglutide and tirzepatide, as an effective means of administering the GLP-1 program to its clients. The GLP-1 program includes conducting routine assessments, obtaining lab work when necessary, managing the dose of the medication, and conducting ongoing follow up by nursing staff. The GLP-1 program is designed to provide two forms of treatment: traditional weight loss management and surgical optimization prior to surgery; with dose adjustments being primarily based on individual patient responses and tolerances.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Fiala Aesthetics has established a defined cost structure for its semaglutide and tirzepatide program. The pricing for the components of the program is detailed in the list below:

Consultation (1st visit): $100.00

Lab work (if needed): $75.00 (requires repeat every six months)

Follow up weight/body composition measurements: $100.00

Injection training (from nurse/optional): $25.00 per visit

Pricing for semaglutide for four-week supplies is as follows:

0.25 mg – $225.00

0.50 mg – $250.00

0.75 mg – $300.00

1.00 mg – $350.00

1.50 mg – $450.00

2.00 mg – $550.00

2.40 mg – $600.00

Pricing for tirzepatide for four-week supplies is as follows:

2.50 mg – $145.00

5.00 mg – $290.00

7.50 mg – $425.00

10.00 mg – $565.00

15.00 mg – $850.00

There is no monthly membership fee associated with the GLP-1 program, however pricing is subject to change based on type and dosage prescribed as well as the patient’s advancement in therapy.
