Dr. Umbach, MD, FACS, is a board-certified, nationally recognized general surgeon with more than 18 years of surgical experience. He has helped thousands of patients with obesity-related health conditions.

Dr. Tom Umbach completed his Medical Degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Thereafter, he went to Kaiser Permanente, Los Angles Medical Center to do his Surgical Residency. He did his Fellowship Training from the University of Southern California.
