
Dr. Sofiane El Djouzi, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, is a well-rounded and versatile surgeon. He is passionate about his work and cares deeply about his patients. He has trained extensively in the fields of abdominal and gastrointestinal surgery. His journey started in London Hospitals (United Kingdom), where he began his very first steps as a junior resident in general surgery. He trained for over five years, then successfully passed all his examinations and graduated as a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Dr. Sofiane El Djouzi got his Medical Degree and his Junior Surgical Residency training Jewish Hospital, Cincinnati and went to the University of Illinois of Chicago, Cincinnati for his second general surgery residency. He did dual Fellowship Training in advanced laparoscopic and bariatric surgery, from Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
