Dr. Hanna, MD, FACS, is a board-certified, general surgeon and a bariatric surgery specialist with more than 20 years of extensive surgical experience in several types of weight-loss surgeries. He is an expert in Sleeve Gastrectomy, Esophageal surgeries, Gallbladder removal, and Hernia surgeries.

Dr. Bernie Hanna obtained his Medical Degree from Howard University Medical School. He also completed his Surgical Residency from the same University. He trained with Dr. Ninh Nguyen for Laparoscopic and Bariatric Surgery in Irvine, California and an Echocardiography Preceptorship at the V.A. Hospital in Miami, Florida.
