Dr. Ghaferi is currently associated with the Froedtert and Medical College of Wisconsin Health System. Dr. Amir A. Ghaferi received his Bachelors degree from UCLA, his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and completed his surgical training at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Ghaferi also completed advanced training in health services research and obtained a Masters degree in Health and Healthcare Research from the University of Michigan.
