Dr. Adam Smith, DO

Dr. Smith opened his private practice in 2004. Today, the Ultimate Bariatrics team consists of four surgeons with three office locations. “Last year we performed more than 1,000 surgeries,” he states.

Dr. Smith received his B.S. in Geology from the University of Oklahoma and attended medical school at the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Tulsa Regional Medical Center and his residency at University of North Texas Health Science Center.
