Medical Director

The medical oversight of Cru Clinic is provided by Justin Arambasick, MD. Dr. Arambasick is an Emergency Medicine physician with nearly 20 years of experience in clinical practice. After graduating from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Dr. Arambasick has worked in several healthcare facilities, including those associated with OhioHealth (Mansfield Hospital) and Soin Medical Center. In addition to his medical training and experience, Dr. Arambasick also has experience in managing patients with complex medical conditions and providing acute care to patients, which helps him provide safe prescriptions and monitor patients receiving medical weight loss medication therapy. As the provider overseeing Cru Clinic’s clinical protocols, he will evaluate patient suitability for GLP-1 medications and make sure that the patient’s treatment plan complies with the appropriate medical standards.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

At Cru Clinic, they provide weight management programs under medical supervision for those who meet eligibility criteria. Working primarily with GLP-1 medications, such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, our programs are designed to help patients regain control of their appetite, improve metabolic health, and achieve sustainable weight loss. Each patient will first complete an initial consultation and medical assessment before beginning their individualized dosing. Patients are monitored throughout their weight loss journey with weekly office visits and consultations with their provider. Nutritional counseling and lifestyle coaching will also be provided to help patients succeed in achieving a healthy weight.

• Semaglutide Program: Starting at $249/month.
• Tirzepatide Program: Starting at $349/month.
• Phentermine Program: Initial consultation $50 + $100 for monthly office visit.

All patients will have weekly office visits that include provider consultations, monitoring, and prescription management when applicable (prices may vary depending on individual factors).
