Sandra Gail Frayna is the founder of Aspen Prime MedSpa and serves as its current CEO. A licensed physical therapist, businesswoman, and advocate of wellness, Sandra has significant experience as a provider of health care and rehabilitation services. In addition to being the leader of Aspen Prime MedSpa, Sandra also operates a series of physical therapy clinics. Sandra created Aspen Prime MedSpa with the intention to blend aesthetics with wellness in a patient-centered atmosphere while maintaining a luxurious experience for our patients.
