Dr. Amy Chow is the Owner/Director and Doctor at the Dr. Amy Chow Medical Rejuvenation Practice Med-SPA. She is board certified and has many years of experience in wellness medicine, weight loss and aesthetic medicine. She is committed to providing patients with improved quality of life through the creation of a customized treatment plan that identifies all of the issues related to the patient’s weight gain or metabolism. GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

Amy Chow Rejuvenation has created a medically monitored weight loss system. The goal of this weight loss system is to help clients reach and maintain a healthy weight. To accomplish this, the system uses medically approved GLP-1 medications (FDA approved), such as; Semaglutide (Ozempic®/Wegovy®) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®/Zepbound®) when they meet the clinical requirements for their use. The treatment starts with a full evaluation of the patient that includes an analysis of the body composition using the InBody 770. This evaluation leads into the three different phases of the weight loss process, which are: Active Losing, Metabolic Recovery Phase, Lifetime Maintenance Phase. Each patient will receive additional support from the clinic in prescribing medications, nutrition counseling, individual coaching, tracking their progress, and receiving continuous support.

Weight Loss Program Pricing

The clinic does not post prices for their medical weight loss program; therefore, interested clients should schedule an appointment for their initial consultation (first visit appointment), where a personalized assessment of their body and pricing information will be provided along with possible ways to finance their medical weight loss program via third-party medical financing facilities.
