Medical Director
Dr. Jon Minor is the Medical Director of Tucson Wellness MD. He is a fellowship trained sports medicine physician who received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Texas A&M University in 2013 and completed his residency in family medicine there as well in 2015. He went on to do his advanced sports medicine fellowship and musculoskeletal ultrasound fellowship at Harvard/Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Minor has been providing sports medicine care since 2015 and provides sports medicine services to both competitive and recreational athletes. He specializes in providing services to help his patients improve their performance, prevent injuries, and continue to live a healthy active lifestyle. In his approach to patient care, Dr. Minor considers nutrition, recovery, sleep, movement, and overall wellness as essential components in achieving long-term health and wellness.
