Overview
NOCO Healthcare is a primary care and wellness clinic delivering patient-focused medicine in Greeley, Colorado. The clinic offers individualized, relationship-centered medicine through a smaller patient panel to allow providers to spend more time with each patient. NOCO Healthcare provides comprehensive primary care, same-day appointments, women’s health, hormone therapy, IV hydration, DOT physicals, sports physicals, joint pain treatment, COVID-19 testing, and medically-supervised weight loss services. Their goal is to provide convenient and affordable healthcare while treating patients as individuals rather than just another appointment.
Medical Director
Sheree Montoya, FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) is the founder and lead provider of NOCO Healthcare. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, she has a solid foundation in emergency room and surgical care. After spending many years working for large healthcare organizations, she created NOCO Healthcare to provide a more individualized and relationship-centered method of practicing medicine. Her philosophy is to treat her patients like family members by providing accessible, caring, and individualized care with an emphasis on preventive health and long-term wellness.
GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs
The NOCO Healthcare Weight Loss Program is a medical supervision program that uses semaglutide (a GLP-1 receptor agonist) as an approved weight-loss medication for patients with Type 2 diabetes and chronic obesity. The first step in the process is a consultation with a physician to determine if you qualify for the weight-loss program, including reviewing the patient’s medical history, BMI, height, and weight to ensure that he/she is eligible, and to establish what form of consultation works best for the individual (this can be in-person or virtually). Once the patient has completed the initial assessment, the weight-loss program will continue to monitor the patient’s progress using the same method of follow-up (i.e., virtual or in-person) in order to safely adjust the dose of semaglutide, if necessary.
Weight Loss Program Pricing
The NOCO Healthcare Weight Loss Program costs approximately $300/month for individuals that do not have health insurance coverage for the medications. The $300/month fee includes the weekly injectable medication as well as ongoing supervision by a physician. Patients with qualifying health insurance or medical conditions may qualify for insurance reimbursement for the medications, and NOCO Healthcare will assist you in determining your eligibility and available payment options.
Patient Reviews
Numerous reviews and comments by patients between both Yelp and Google display the high quality of individualized and professional experience they each receive by having a caring provider, and the ability to receive medical services in a very friendly environment—both by the person who answer the phone when scheduling an appointment as well as by the person who greets them upon arrival at NOCO. Patients further mention how welcoming they feel, how simple the whole scheduling process is, and how much time their providers spend with them developing a thorough description of their diagnosis, treatment options and answering any questions into providing all that they need to know to better educate themselves about their medical condition.
