Erin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a doctorate in nursing practice (DNP) from Case Western Reserve University, graduating with honors, and has also gained clinical experience while working for major health care organizations such as Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals; Erin spent the first twelve years of her nursing career working in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for trauma and burn patients.
