Overview

Slim Care is a weight-loss clinic with locations in Tulsa and Owasso Oklahoma that is operated by a team of physicians who have dedicated their practices to providing physician-guided, medically supervised weight loss programs. The treatment plans are customized based on the unique needs of each patient and consist of a comprehensive approach that includes medical advice, nutrition support, lifestyle changes, and other services to facilitate long-term successful weight loss. There are no “quick fixes” at Slim Care; all patients are evaluated by a physician prior to being placed on a treatment plan. During this evaluation, the physician takes into consideration each patient’s health history, weight loss goals, individual needs, and then develops a treatment plan that best fits that patient’s situation.

One of the highlights of Slim Care is its access to medically guided weight loss solutions, including FDA approved medications to assist in weight management when medically appropriate; additional therapies that provide supportive wellness; and ongoing weight management through regular visits with a physician. 

Medical Director

Dr. Bobby Daniels is the founder and medical director of Slim Care. Dr. Daniels has more than 35 years of experience as a physician and is board certified in family practice and is a Fellow (FACOFP) of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Daniels has devoted his career to helping patients achieve their health goals through physician-guided (medically supervised) weight management, nutrition, and individualized medical care. Slim Care will have other physicians working in their clinic. One such physician is Dr. Jeff Davis.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

Physicians lead weight-loss programs with GLP-1 drugs (semaglutide and tirzepatide) at Slim Care. Personalized plans use all 4 prescriptions to support weight loss under medical supervision, and patients receive evaluations, treatment adjustments and follow-up care throughout their weight-loss journey. You might also be prescribed an appetite suppressant (such as phentermine, phendimetrazine or diethylpropion) along with wellness therapies (such as B12 injections, Lipo injections, HCG injections, NAD+ therapy, or testosterone therapy, if eligible). 

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Slim Care lists starting prices for treatments as follows:

Semaglutide: starting at $50/week

Tirzepatide: starting at $100/week

Phentermine: $35–$60

Phendimetrazine: $30–$120

Diethylpropion: $30–$120

B12 injections: $10

Lipo injections: $15

HCG injections: $25

NAD+ injections: $40/injection

Testosterone therapy: $40/injection

The final price for each of these will depend on: physician evaluation, how much the physician prescribes or orders, lab tests that may be required, and your individualized treatment plan.
