Overview

Maryland & Florida; Weight Wise Weight Loss Clinic provides medical weight loss services through traditional or virtual visits (via telehealth). We focus specifically on evidence-based programs that allow physicians to use medically supervised weight-loss programs in order to help patients lose weight sustainably long-term (i.e., using physicians only). These programs will include modern obesity treatment such as GLP-1 medications (e.g., semaglutide or tirzepatide), appetite suppressants, hormonal optimization therapy and nutritional coaching. In addition to using these treatments, we will provide individualized treatment plans based on goals, personal history and any obstacles that may hinder the patient’s success in achieving their desired weight loss.

Weight Wise Weight Loss Clinic is owned and operated by Laura Zajdel, NP who has dedicated her 15-plus year career as a Nurse Practitioner to helping patients develop healthy lifestyles through individualized weight loss programs, personalized medical supervision and continuous support. Laura’s goal is to partner with each patient on a personal level in order to ensure they achieve their personal objective of weight loss through evidence-based strategies, medical guidance appropriate for individual health requirements and emotional/physical challenges associated with weight loss.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

The Weight Wise Weight Loss Centre has various medically supervised weight loss options that are available to the public. Some of their primary programs include the GLP-1 receptor agonist medication Semaglutide, which may help decrease appetite and increase feelings of fullness when taken weekly; Tirzepatide, an FDA approved combination of GIP and GLP-1 agonist medications that is often more effective in achieving weight loss than Semaglutide; Phentermine, an FDA approved appetite suppressant; B-12 injections; Lipotropic injections (referred to as “Lipo shots”); and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) (for qualified individuals).

Weight Wise provides customers with full pricing for some of its most popular programs as follows:

Semaglutide – $100/week (includes medication & follow-up check-ins)

Tirzepatide – $120/week (includes medication & follow-up check-ins)

Phentermine – $90/month (FL $120/month) (includes office visit, Rx & B-12 injection)

TRT – $50/week (includes medication & monitoring)

Lipo shots – buy 5 get 1 free ($29/shot); buy 10 get 3 free ($27/shot)

B-12 injections – buy 5 get 1 free ($20/shot); buy 10 get 3 free ($17.50/shot)

It is important to note that there may be an initial consultation fee; however, it is typically applied toward the chosen weight loss program and will not be applied again.
