Liquivida Wellness Center provides sustainable, individualized weight loss solutions through various services, beginning with an initial consultation which may include body composition testing and laboratory work, as well as provision of nutritional counseling and use of lipotropic injections and prescription GLP-1 medications. The clinic will also provide those undergoing weight loss interventions with GLP-1 therapies (i.e. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) to assist with reduced appetite, delayed gastric emptying, improved regulation of blood sugar levels, and sustained loss of body fat. Patients additionally benefit from use of lipotropic injections containing vitamin B12, as well as a nutrition coach to help them achieve their desired results and make consistent changes towards living a healthier lifestyle. 

Weight Loss Program Pricing

Liquivida lists the following prices for each of its available options for using GLP-1 medications for weight loss

Semaglutide: $249/month ($233/month if paid in 12-week installments);

Semaglutide Oral: $199/month (if paid in 12-week installments);

Tirzepatide: $399/month ($366/month if paid in 12-week installments)

Patients who are newly identified as candidates for weight loss using GLP-1 medications may also receive an initial consultation for their use free of charge, including body composition testing. Prices for services for both new and current patients, as well as treatment recommendations for all patients, will depend on individuals’ specific needs and how a provider evaluates them.
