Medical Director

Donna Collins PA-C is one of the lead medical providers for My Doctor Weight Loss Clinic. She is a board certified Physician Assistant who has an extensive background providing medically supervised obesity management and patient care. Donna provides individualized treatment plans that incorporate GLP-1 medications, appetite suppression medication and nutritional counseling to help her patients reach their sustainable weight loss goals.

GLP-1 and Medical Weight Loss Programs

My Doctor Weight Loss Clinic has many types of medical weight loss therapy, including two kinds of medications GLP-1, Dual GLP/GIP medications like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide that help regulate appetite, reduce cravings, and provide medically supervised sustainable weight loss.

The Clinic also offers Phentermine, Phendimetrazine, Vitamin B12, and lipotropic injections designed to increase energy levels and boost metabolism. Each program is tailored to the individual patient’s health history, goals, lab results, and a previous blood work test must be performed within one year to verify the safety and effectiveness of the patient’s medication regimen. 

Weight Loss Program Pricing

My Doctor Weight Loss Clinic publicly lists pricing for all weight loss programs and treatments, such as Semaglutide with the GLP-1 program costing approximately $200 per four-week period, based on the use of 0.25 mg doses (prices rise to approximately $400 for the maximum dosage of 2 mg). 

The Tirzepatide with GLP-1/GIP program starts at $299 per four-week supply for 2.5 mg (prices of 5 mg, 7.5 mg, and 10 mg rise to $349, $399, and $500, respectively). The clinic has in-house laboratory testing available at an approximate cost of $100 if a patient does not have any recent lab test completed.   

The clinic also offers vitamin B12 and lipotropic injections at the following promotional prices: four injections for $70, eight injections for $130, and sixteen injections for $200. An injection price should not exceed about $10.
