Medical Director

Spade Skin Care is led by Neil Vranis, the medical director and primary surgeon at the clinic. Dr. Vranis is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who has completed extensive training including some of the finest schools in the country, such as Johns Hopkins University, the University of Maryland Medical Center, and NYU Langone Health. He has also completed an advanced fellowship in a wide range of aesthetic surgical procedures including rhinoplasty, deep plane facelifts, and breast revision surgery.
