Medical Director

Dr. Camhi, MD, is the founder of Katalyst Wellness and has over ten years of clinical sports medicine experience as a fellowship-trained physician, and specializes in regenerative medicine, joint injections, hormone level optimization, and administering bio-identical hormone replacement and peptide therapies. In addition to being an advanced educator/trainer in bio-identical hormone and peptide therapies, Dr. Camhi completed additional educational clinical training through UCSD’s Family Medicine Residency Program.

As part of their hormone optimization program, Katalyst Wellness provides services that support metabolism and appetite. Therapies for increasing metabolic rate, (increased energy) as well as appetite suppression are ways to increase hormones to promote a healthy lifestyle for long-term weight loss maintenance. Each patient’s treatment plan will be tailored specifically to them, with telehealth consultation taking place before therapy to help determine type and dosage of therapy best suited for you.

On the Katalyst Wellness website, there are no prices listed for GLP-1 medications or structured medical weight loss programs. The price for your individualized treatment plan depends on the amount of therapy and/or hormone therapies/medications you are utilizing.
