Overview

Affinity Whole Health is a medical wellness clinic that specializes in providing customized weight-loss solutions, hormone balancing, and metabolic support to its patients. Patients also receive weekly injections and can take advantage of ongoing support from a Patient Care Coordinator. Medical Director

Dr. Michael Koehler, MD is the Medical Director at Affinity Whole Health. He is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician who oversees all clinical aspects of Affinity’s various programs, including weight-loss programs and GLP-1 therapy. He received his MD degree from the University of Texas in San Antonio, completed a residency at Carolinas Medical Center where he was the Chief Resident.

Dr. Koehler has advanced training in hormone balancing and has completed the Morgentaler Method™ Fellowship Program. He has completed the certification required to deliver peptide therapy. Dr. Koehler is also a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and is an instructor for the Peptide Therapy Course.

• Each patient’s first appointment costs ~$49, and the first lab test will likely cost ~$129.
