Dr. Abel Bello received his surgical training in the United States, completing his general surgery training at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City and Northside Regional Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio he continued his training, enrolling in a surgical fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
